Common questions
- What happens after I book?
- You'll get a calendar invite right away. Before we talk, I look at what's happening in your area and price range so the conversation starts with real information instead of introductions.
- Do I have to be ready to buy or sell?
- No. Plenty of these conversations end with 'wait six months, and here's what to do in the meantime.' Knowing the timing is worth as much as making the move.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Use the link in your confirmation email, or just call or text me. Life moves; rescheduling is not a problem.
- Is this really free?
- Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. I'd rather be the person you call in two years because the first conversation was genuinely useful.
- Can we meet in person instead?
- Of course. Book any time slot and note that you'd prefer to meet in person, or call me and we'll set it up at the Cibolo office or somewhere convenient for you.
